REQUIREMENTS
* Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information (English and Spanish) via phone, computer and in person.
* Previous Sales experience.
* Must be able to manage social medias and Microsoft Office Software.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
